Job summary

Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd in Ottawa is hiring a Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team. You will operate a 5-tonne straight truck to deliver fresh produce to restaurants, institutions, and foodservice customers in Ottawa and the surrounding areas.

The role requires a valid Ontario G license, CVOR, and a clean Driver's Abstract, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule is Monday to Saturday with Sunday off and one weekday off; starting early morning.

• Delivery experience preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and customer service.
• Ability to operate a 5-tonne straight truck and follow traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled deliveries of fresh produce to foodservice customers in Ottawa and surrounding areas.
• Safely operate and maintain a 5 Tonne Truck (Straight Truck).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and collect required documentation.
