Job summary

Access Industrial in Ontario is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver to perform delivery and pickup of industrial and mining equipment in the Greater Sudbury area.

You will plan routes, load and unload using pallet jacks or forklifts as required, verify deliveries, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while following safety policies. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a delivery truck driver.
• Good knowledge of the Greater Sudbury area.
• A valid Class DZ driver’s license (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Perform the delivery and pickup of industrial and mining equipment at customer and supplier locations.
• Plan and follow assigned delivery routes.
• Load and unload the truck using appropriate equipment (pallet jack, forklift, as required).
• Verify the accuracy and condition of delivered goods (quantities, condition, delivery slips).
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Keep the truck clean and in good working condition.
• Comply with all road safety regulations, occupational health and safety policies, and internal procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Complete required documentation (reports, delivery slips, driving logs).
