Job summary

Central Sask. Co-op in Humboldt, SK is seeking a Part-Time Clerk for our Deli Department at the Food Store. You will deliver exceptional service to make all guests feel at home here.

Responsibilities include food prep, stocking, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned. You will work varied shifts, including days, evenings, holidays and weekends, reporting to the Bakery/Deli Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer service, deli, and merchandising is an asset.
• Willing to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Food prep, slice, wrap and price deli products.
• Stocking of deli items and maintaining store displays.
• General department duties: housekeeping, safety, opening/closing.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll do:

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel "at home here" through:

• Food Prep - Prepare, slice, wrap, and price products, etc.
• Stocking - unload freight, stock and merchandise deli products within the store
• General department duties - housekeeping, opening, closing, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• You have retail experience in the areas of customer service, deli, and merchandising (considered an asset)
• You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends

• You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders and kneel
