Farm Boy Inc. in Mississauga is seeking an experienced store leader to help deliver the best fresh shopping experience and guide the department to strong business results. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to translate strategy into day-to-day operations.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, manage inventory and payroll, and ensure policy compliance. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary business education preferred with 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and high performance expectations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with track record in team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team, including recruitment, training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee store operations: inventory, ordering, product quality, merchandising, scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Retail Specialist to drive performance and achieve departmental goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience.
