The role includes zoning, rotating stock, signing and pricing, and following cold chain and food-handling standards. Responsibilities include preparing deli and bakery items according to guidelines, taking orders, and ensuring correct labeling and shelving.

Formación

• Age 16 or older is required.

Responsabilidades

• Zones the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organized and products are in the correct location.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
• Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adheres to standards for cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by and expiration dates.
• Takes orders for Deli merchandise; prepares hot food items and assists customers.
