Job summary

Responsibilities

• Zones the department to keep product shelves and displays organized.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
• Ensures merchandise is signed and priced correctly.
• Adheres to cold chain, thermometer calibrations, temperature records, and food handling standards.
• Takes orders for Deli merchandise and prepares hot food.
• Prepares deli items using rotisserie and side dishes for display.
• Prepares bakery items by thawing and baking per guidelines for quality and appearance.
• Follows procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing and labeling.
