Aufgaben

• Zone the department to keep shelves and bunkers organized with items in the correct location.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Sign and price merchandise properly throughout the department.
• Follow cold chain compliance standards, incl. thermometer calibrations and temperature checks.
• Take and fulfill Deli orders, including preparing hot food and assisting customers.
• Prepare deli and bakery items using utensils; operate rotisserie oven.
• Follow procedures for ordering, pricing, labeling and sign-offs.
