As the Assistant Deli Department Manager, you will support the Deli Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do

• Motivate and mentor team members
• Conduct regular team meetings
• Coach and train team members to maintain high productivity
• Handle team member and customer issues
• Uphold company policies on health & safety, food safety, and loss prevention
• Manage inventory, merchandise, and scheduling to meet financial goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to team members, customers, and vendors
