Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum with strong computer skills and warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with material management software and ERP systems.
• Defense Industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of logistic activities for uninterrupted flow of goods.
• Receiving - verify & inspect incoming material & documentation; process receipts.
• Shipping - prepare domestic, US & international outgoing freight; documentation and labeling.
• Process requisitions, issue, pick, package & move material.
• Locate and store inventory per designated storage areas with hazardous goods rules.
• Inventory control tasks including cycle counts and stocktaking.
• Monitor stocking levels and shelf life; adjust as needed.
• Enter data into Inventory Management System to update material activity.
• Support SAP functionality improvements and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and defense regulatory requirements.
