Job summary

Thales Canada Inc., Defence and Security is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist focused on MWAV project management. This role coordinates travel, oversees end-to-end supply chain tasks, and supports purchase requests, order tracking, and invoice processing within a hybrid work model in Halifax, Canada.

The position requires a 2-year diploma and at least five years in related admin/procurement, with SAP/Concur experience and a Canadian clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year diploma in Administrative, Financial or Procurement field.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in the last 10 years in a related Administrative, Financial or Procurement field.
• Proven experience in Travel coordination, supply chain operations, financial/accounting, order management.

Responsibilities

• Travel Coordination: plan and coordinate travel, book flights, lodging and transport per policies.
• Supply Chain Operations: manage internal requisitions, track orders and supplier coordination.
• Request Management: process internal purchase requisitions and monitor status.
• Monitoring/Order Tracking: track orders to meet delivery timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Invoice Tracking and Supplier Support: assist Accounts Payable, resolve invoice delays and maintain records.
