Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, communications and marketing; government procurement is an asset.
• Degree in Science, Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to draft clear emails and decks.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and assign to account executives.
• Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to schedule discovery calls.
• Maintain the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) – update lead status, log activities, and ensure data cleanliness.
• Generate weekly pipeline reports and dashboard updates for the BD Director.
• Gather pricing, product, and service information from cross-functional teams for proposals and quotes.
• Track proposal deadlines and log submissions in the CRM.
