Dawson College in Montreal seeks a Dean of Academic Systems to lead the College's planning and organizing systems for teaching and learning environments.
Reporting to the Academic Dean, the Dean oversees faculty staffing allocations, Registrar’s Office services, information systems, admissions, scheduling, registration, academic advising, records, and graduation; strong budget management and bilingual communication are essential.

An undergraduate degree in an appropriate specialization, such as business administration or information systems, and a minimum of six (6) years relevant experience, preferably including three years in a management position in post-secondary academic administration.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage in complex systems thinking and to act effectively in situations of ambiguity and uncertainty.
