PwC Canada is seeking a Restructuring Director to lead advisory and restructuring mandates, develop turnaround plans, and drive growth within the team. You will coordinate distressed M&A activities, prepare analyses, and present to key stakeholders.

As a Restructuring Director, you will work with the partner team to source new restructuring mandates, lead teams to execute advisory & restructuring mandates and support the development and growth of our restructuring team generally. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The salary range for this position is $152,000 - $202,000.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range forPwC locations in major citycentres.
