Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking an intern to join our market-leading Deals practice. You will support a diverse, fast-paced M&A team on due diligence, organisation design, change management and culture initiatives.

You’ll gain hands-on client experience, learn how businesses operate, and build future-ready capabilities in data, technology, and business acumen through our upskilling program. Travel may be required across Canada and bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in post-secondary education, preference will be given to students entering their third year of study
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills, with data and analytics literacy and AI fluency (including effective prompting) to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
• Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients

Responsibilities

• Develop consulting skills in a dynamic M&A team focused on due diligence, org design, change management and culture.
• Help clients grow faster and create value through M&A activities across functions.
• Engage with leaders to develop business acumen and core consulting, project management, and coaching skills.
• Gain knowledge across HR, IT, Finance, Transaction Management, AI and Operations and align to core skills.
