You’ll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast paced strategy and M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. You’ll help clients grow faster and work smarter and solve problems that matter and create tangible value through strategy, value creation and M&A. Types of projects you’ll work on include growth and turnaround strategies, fully integrated due diligence, organisational design, data analytics, operational excellence, and the creation/ review of financial models. You'll quickly develop business acumen, as well as core consulting, project management, and coaching skills.

What you’ll bring to this role:
Skills & Education:
  • Enrolled in post‑secondary education, preference will be given to third‑year students
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, structured problem‑solving, and communication skills, with data and analytics literacy and AI fluency (including effective prompting) to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
  • Strong executive presentation and synthesis skills to present our work and findings to our clients
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients

Location & Other Requirements
  • You’ll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC)
  • This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract.
  • We’d love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn’t a requirement.
  • This position is eligible for PwC Canada’s Award and Mentorship Programs.
  • The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Eligible employees will also have the opportunity to participate in our performance pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
