Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow dealer engagement and purchase activity across its remarketing platforms. You will work within the Inside Sales team to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You are a results-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is proficient with Google Suite. A valid driver’s license and 1–2 years sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
• A good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services.
• A valid driver's license in the province of employment.
• Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase dealer purchase behavior and buyer penetration on all OPENLANE Remarketing platforms in the assigned region.
• Maintain 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business.
• Re-engage and reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE.
• Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.
• Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing OPENLANE technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services.
