BFL CANADA is seeking an Analyst - DC Retirement Consulting to join our Toronto team. You will support Retirement Consultants with client management, servicing, and business development efforts for DC retirement programs. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and ongoing plan optimization.

Ideal candidates bring a DC retirement background, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Excel. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Toronto and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, business or a related field.
• Experience in the DC retirement space is a strong asset.
• Education or interest in investment knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retirement Consultants with client management and day-to-day servicing of the DC retirement program.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and observations to optimize plan performance.
• Support in plan design, investments, provider search and implementation, and member engagement.
• Attend client meetings as needed to learn and contribute.
