Responsibilities

• To manage the operations of the Pharmacy while on duty, including providing consultation to both customers and health care providers, practice to full scope in providing professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in the maintenance of the dispensary.
• Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy; provide counselling on prescriptions and products; ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Control access to the dispensary, review workflow queues, monitor stock levels, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a professional public image, support incident reporting, and participate in training and safety procedures.
