The role is part-time, days, with a stable weekday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and initial six‑month term with potential for permanent employment. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations using approved pricing templates and procedures.
• Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and supporting docs.
• Gather pricing, manufacturing, and lead-time information from Purchasing and Production.
• Request supplier quotations when required.
• Prepare quotation revisions.
• Maintain quotation records and history.
• Ensure timely completion within turnaround targets.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Outside Sales, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and Logistics.
• Support continuous improvement of quotation procedures and docs.
