You will be responsible for leading and participating in the successful implementation of Dayforce WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions. You will provide Dayforce product and implementation expertise to our engagements. Enhancing your leadership style, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Lead the implementation of Dayforce Payroll solutions
  • Guide teams in strategic planning and execution
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Achieve successful project delivery and uphold quality standards
  • Refine financial processes to benefit clients
  • Manage client relationships and account expectations
  • Utilize knowledge in Dayforce to drive process improvements
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions, as well as managing work streams of a complex project to implement improvements
  • Identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
  • Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas: System application implementations and software configurations; Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the Payroll functions powered by Dayforce

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
