Job summary

This full-time position, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, requires 1–2 years dispatching and 3–5 years in trucking, plus strong multitasking and MS Office skills. Bondable status and legal eligibility to work in Canada are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Dispatching experience.
• 3–5 years of trucking industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
• Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support all driver inquiries, supplying drivers with trip sheets, location codes, trip numbers, and tractor keys.
• Utilize Back Office and XRS to track and monitor driver activity.
• Support senior planner and account coordinator requests with daily add-ons.
• Ensure Trip Sheets and A1 live updates are complete and progress trips as required.
• CSR evening duties: respond promptly to customer requests.
