Job summary

Advantage Personnel is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator for a Vaughan, ON cross-dock operation. The day shift runs Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

You will load/unload trailers, move freight safely, and support general warehouse tasks. We require dependable, safety-conscious candidates with a minimum of 1 year counterbalance experience, cross-dock knowledge, and basic WMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year counterbalance experience.
• Cross dock experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WMS.
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation as the company is not on a bus route.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Safety operates Counterbalance at a steady pace.
• Load, offload trailers and place skids in the proper area of the warehouse.
• Cube pallets (measuring, calculating, or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume).
• Assist within the warehouse as required.
