BEST Service Pros in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a Building Supervisor to ensure your site remains clean, presentable, and inviting. You will act as the liaison between management and frontline staff, handling scheduling, supplies, and workplace relations to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily duties of custodians, training new hires, coordinating with site management on staffing and safety, and maintaining storage areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and WHMIS practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily duties of light and heavy custodians.
• Train new hires and reinforce company culture and values.
• Coordinate with Assistant Site Manager on staffing, safety, and supplies.
• Lead staff meetings to implement policies and safety requirements.
• Maintain secure storage areas and cleaning equipment.
• Report equipment repairs and stock shortages.
• Manage scheduling and employee relations as liaison between management and staff.
• Handle duties as required by business needs.
