Job summary

southern health sante sud is seeking a hands-on Datacenter & Technical Operations Manager to own client engagements from onboarding to delivery. You will supervise server hardware, cabling, power, and cooling, coordinate multi-workstream projects, and ensure accurate ticketing in Jira/ServiceNow.

You will manage budgets, review vendor invoices, create quotes and SOWs, and mentor a small technical team while maintaining clear client communications and compliant change control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations, technical infrastructure, or a closely related field.
