Job Title: MongoDB Database Administrator

Location: Montreal, Canada (Onboarding onsite from Day 1; in-office presence 3x per week)

Interview: Face-to-face interview required for the final round

Job Description:

1. 3-4 years of experience with multiple database environments, specifically MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas
2. Experience with DevOps automation tools such as Python, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitHub
3. Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB in enterprise-scale architectures, including replica sets and sharding, with expertise in designing and optimizing data insertion strategies
4. Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery architectures
5. Excellent problem research and resolution skills
6. Highly self-motivated, with a desire to learn new database technologies, capable of working independently and in a team within a high-demand, dynamic environment
7. Availability to support off-hours work, including weekends, holidays, and rotational 24/7 on-call responsibilities
