Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a senior BI lead to define and execute the BI strategy, roadmap, and governance. You will oversee data architecture, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, semantic layer, and visualization using SSIS/SQL Server and Power BI/SSRS.

You will lead a BI team, mentor staff, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into KPI scorecards and dashboards, ensuring data quality and secure access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in database management or data governance preferred.
• Experience delivering BI solutions across data ingestion, warehousing, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned to business goals and client commitments.
• Design scalable BI solutions across ingestion, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, semantic layer, and visualization.
• Lead Power BI/SSRS dashboard and report delivery with strong storytelling and executive-readiness.

• Establish reporting standards and data quality controls to ensure trust in enterprise dashboards.

Roles And Responsibilities

BI strategy & roadmap

• Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned to business goals and client commitments.

Solution architecture & delivery

• Design scalable BI solutions across ingestion, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, semantic layer, and visualization.
• Oversee SSIS/SQL Server development and optimize performance for reliability and faster processing.
• Lead Power BI/SSRS dashboard and report delivery with strong storytelling, usability, and executive-readiness.

Stakeholder & client management

• Engage senior stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into KPI scorecards, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Manage reporting escalations (accuracy, availability, timelines) and drive timely resolution across teams.

BI governance & data quality

• Establish reporting standards, documentation, and change/release practices to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Implement data validation and reconciliation controls to maintain trust in enterprise dashboards and metrics.
• Ensure appropriate access controls and responsible use of customer/operational data in line with client and regional expectations.

People leadership & capability building

• Lead, mentor, and develop BI team members across data engineering, reporting, and analytics.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Certifications in database management
