Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Team Manager for Data Warehouse to lead DW/BI development and support. You will guide a team of developers, prioritize complex initiatives, and coordinate with architecture, QA, and business partners to align data strategy with business goals.

The role supports a flexible hybrid schedule, with initial on-site work at 483 Bay Street, Toronto, shifting to Mississauga in 2026. Requires 5+ years in tech and a strong leadership background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in technology, preferably financial services.
• 4-year university degree in computer engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in managing, leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and allocate resources for multiple initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile, waterfall and code development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Data Warehouse strategy with business partners.
• Oversee DW application support and ensure 24x7 availability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Coach, mentor and lead a software development team.
• Collaborate with Architecture, QA, and business teams to meet goals.
• Deliver products and services aligned with tech standards.
