Job summary

City of Toronto is seeking a Systems Integrator 1 (Data Warehouse Admin) to sustain and enhance the Data Warehouse environment, including EDW applications such as OAS, OBIEE, ODI, and ODI-driven ETL processes. The role requires strong collaboration with IT teams and vendors.

The candidate will manage the DW repository, metadata layers, and security, while fine-tuning performance and building automation scripts in a UNIX/Linux setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with OAS/OAC, OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau and ODI administration.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS PL/SQL and shell scripts.
• Experience with OBIEE security setup including LDAP integration.
• Ability to install, configure and administer Oracle Fusion Middleware (OAS/OBIEE/ODI) on UNIX/Linux.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supports and implements EDW related applications: OAS, OBIEE, ODI, and related ETL environments.
• Maintains Oracle repository (RPD) and end-user layers; manages semantic layer and access control.
• Develops logs/reports using OBIEE, OAS, ODI; uploads to SPLUNK and other repositories.
• Configures multi-tier Oracle servers and integration in Linux environments.
• Leads and coordinates with internal/external groups to deliver tasks and deliverables.
• Prepares status reports, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
