Job summary

Desjardins in Lévis seeks a data valorization advisor to support the Operations Executive Division. You will extract and interpret data from multiple systems to inform managers and help deliver analytics solutions for Personal Banking Operations.

You will work with partners to present results through dashboards and reports, and help develop performance indicators. The role requires French language proficiency, a Bachelor's degree, and at least four years of relevant experience with Power BI, SAS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of French is required.
Advanced skills in Power BI, SAS and SQL.

Responsibilities

Provide advice to the sector under your responsibility.
Extract, describe, analyze and interpret data to support decisions.
Identify, plan, analyze, execute and document users’ data needs and operationalize solutions.
Clarify needs, analyze data, generate reports for operations.
Identify opportunities to improve methods and enhance data valorization tools.
Collaborate with internal partners and present results via reports and dashboards.
Help develop and update operational performance indicators and measurement tools.
