Desjardins is seeking a data analyst to collect, process, and analyze data from multiple channels to support informed business decisions. The role involves clarifying needs, generating reports for teams, and guiding stakeholders on data use.

A 12-month temporary position, with opportunities to contribute to key operational projects. Responsibilities include documenting user data needs, leveraging database systems for reporting, and proposing data management tools and improved workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
• Knowledge of French is required; intermediate English is a plus.

As a data analyst, you collect, process, analyze and use data that comes through different channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. You clarify needs, analyze and use data, and generate reports for teams' operations. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business to contribute to business projects and initiatives using data from the databases. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You provide data use guidance and support to stakeholders. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields to identify needs and present analysis results. More specifically, you will be required to:
