The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Data Entry & Processing
  • Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Review information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing data and make corrections as needed.
  • Maintain data accuracy by following established procedures and quality standards.
  • Scan, upload, and index documents according to company filing guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and spreadsheets using entered data.
  • Retrieve and compile information for internal departments as requested.
  • Support administrative staff with clerical and documentation tasks as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding data protection and record management.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets while managing deadlines.
Required
