Job summary

Medavie is seeking a Team Leader, Client Solutions to manage interfaces and administer eligibility files for the group insurance business. You will perform daily data loading and validation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will drive process improvements and automation, assist with autoload implementations and maintenance, and uphold a client-focused approach in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree, or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of group insurance plan administration.
• Excellent Excel/Office skills; able to manipulate data.
• Knowledge of VBA/SQL is an asset.
• Ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate medium-high complexity data.
• Strong professional relationships and customer approach.
• Organize work methodically to meet deadlines.
