Charles River in Laval, QC is seeking a Data Reviewer for its Toxicology team. The role focuses on reviewing data collected related to vivarium operations, equipment management, and client studies, ensuring GLP compliance and timely data corrections.

• Collaborate with various resources to maintain high-quality data documentation

Job Overview

As a Data Reviewer for our Toxicology team at the Laval location, you will be reviewing data while respecting established processes.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

• Review the data collected on the colonies, for the maintenance of the vivarium spaces, for the management of the equipment or other which is not related to the studies of the customers;
• Ensure the integrity of the studies and meet the regulatory agencies requirements by reviewing data according to the Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) rules;
• Be able to finalize the revision and corrections of the data, according to the prescribed deadlines;
• Document deviations in procedures in the DEVIL system in a timely and appropriate manner;
• Collaborate with the various resource persons in order to maintain a high level of quality in the documentation of the data.

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

• Collegial diploma in Biology, Animal Science or any other related field;
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) environment;
• Good observation & organizational skills.

Role Specific Information:

• Transportation: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway. Electric vehicle charging station;
• Annual bonus based on performance;
• Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime. Depending on the needs you may have to do overtime or weekends;
• Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week;
