Job description

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Data Modeler for an 8 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s North York office.

The Data Modeler will be working on the HUB project, focusing on designing and modeling data assets. This involves creating logical and physical data models and deploying schemas and tables across various accounts.

• Provide data assets design and modeling for Hub projects, focusing on delivering logical and physical data models.
• Create DDLs and scripts to deploy schemas and tables across different accounts.
• Collaborate with the product delivery team to implement new data models.

Data Modeler - Mandatory Skills :

• 3+ years Data Modeler experience
• Logical & Physical Data Modelling experience
• Formal Modelling Notations (e.g., UML, ER)
• Experience with Data Modelling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or equivalent (e.g., Erwin, PowerDesigner)
• Data architecture experience including standards, concepts, patterns, best practices, and methodologies
• General understanding of Reference and Master Data
• General knowledge of AWS data storage and analytics services (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Aurora)

Data Modeler – Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Healthcare industry experience

This is an 8 month contract position.
