The Data Migration Specialist HR Systems will play a pivotal role in the successful transition of HR-related data from legacy systems to new platforms within the public sector framework. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and deep understanding of human resources processes to ensure a seamless and accurate data migration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in data migration particularly in HR systems and will demonstrate strong analytical skills along with an ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate plan and execute data migration strategies for HR systems.
• Coordinate with HR teams to understand data requirements and business processes.
• Perform data mapping and transformation to meet system specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure data integrity before and after migration.
• Document migration processes and create user manuals for reference.
• Provide training and support to staff on new HR systems post-migration.
• Monitor the performance of the migration process and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data management practices.

Requirements
