Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst for a 12‑month hybrid contract in Toronto, Ontario. The role focuses on data quality, remediation, and governance within a financial services environment, supporting accurate and reliable data for downstream consumers.

You will analyze large datasets, implement data rules, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions using Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant data analysis/data remediation experience.
• Strong experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with data quality, data remediation, data governance, or master data management.
• Experience working with large‑scale datasets.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and client/reference data.
• Knowledge of FX products from a system/data perspective.
• Experience working with stakeholders and downstream data consumers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Interview Process: 2 rounds — 1 virtual and 1 in‑person.
