Job summary

Ranch Ehrlo Society Inc. in Regina is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to transform organizational data into actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making and improve services for youth, adults, and families in Ranch Ehrlo programs.

You will analyze trends, design and maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and standardize reporting to empower leaders and program teams with timely information to enhance outcomes and allocate resources wisely.

Qualifications

• University Master’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret program and organizational data to inform decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain standardized dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data quality and support data governance practices.
• Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and tools.
• Support program reviews and strategic initiatives with evidence-based insights.
• Set and promote standards and best practices for reporting and visualization.
• Provide coaching and training to teams and leaders on using data and dashboards.
• Influence decision-making by presenting clear, credible insights.
• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data and reporting activities.
• Prioritize and manage multiple data requests and projects.
• Facilitate the development of organization-wide reporting frameworks in consultation with program leaders, IT, and senior leadership.
• Other duties as required.
