Job summary

RanchEhrlo Society is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to transform organizational data into actionable insights that support evidence-based decisions across youth, adult, and family services. You will build and maintain dashboards, standardize reporting, and collaborate with programs, leadership, and IT to improve data quality and governance.

The role combines data analysis, visualization, and coaching to empower teams with clear, accessible information for planning and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with strong training in data analysis, statistics, and research methods.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis with dashboards/reports; diverse data sources.
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret program and organizational data to inform decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain standardized dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data quality and support data governance practices.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and tools.
  • Support program reviews and strategic initiatives with evidence-based insights.
  • Set and promote standards and best practices for reporting and visualization.
  • Provide coaching and training to teams and leaders on using data and dashboards.
  • Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data and reporting activities.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple data requests and projects.
  • Facilitate development of organization-wide reporting frameworks.

The Data Insights Analyst transforms organizational data into clear, actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making and directly improve services for youth, adults, and families in RanchEhrlo’sprograms. By analyzing trends,buildingandmaintaininguser-friendly dashboards, and standardizing reporting, this role ensures leaders and program teams have the information they need to enhance outcomes,allocateresources wisely, and continually strengthen care.

Working closely with programs, leadership, and IT, the position improves data quality and use, supports program reviews and strategic planning, and advances operational efficiency and impact - so that every insight helps RanchEhrlodeliver more effective, responsive, and accountable services to the people we serve.

Education & Professional Certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology, Experimental & Applied Psychology, or a closely related field, withstrong trainingin data analysis, statistics, and research methods.
  • Micro-credentials in data visualization, data analytics, or programming (e.g., Power BI) are a strong asset.
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or program evaluation, including designing andmaintainingdashboards and reports; working with multiple data sources; and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience standardizing reports or contributing to data governance is an asset.
Skills and Characteristics
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Skilled in data cleaning, validation, and transforming data into clear visuals and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • Strongrelationship-buildingand service orientation.
  • Highly organized; strong time management and prioritization.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

The successful candidateis responsible forcompleting all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines. The successful candidate must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higherdriverslicense and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.Hybrid work arrangements may be available, in alignment with organizational needs and policies.

Salary range: $79,851.20 to $103,209.59 annually(based on80 hoursper 2‑week pay period).Starting salary isdependenton experience.
