Job summary

Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (PQWCHC) is seeking a Decision Support & Data Analyst to strengthen internal data capacity. You will develop reports, dashboards, and data exports to inform planning, performance monitoring, and funder reporting, collaborating with leaders, IT, and program teams.

The role emphasizes data governance, privacy compliance, and practical data presentation to support evidence-informed decisions across PQWCHC’s services.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in health information management, data analytics, health administration, or related field.
• Minimum three to five years of related experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI.
• Experience with clinical information systems or health reporting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Produces recurring clinical, funder, quality improvement, management, and organizational reports.
• Develops dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools aligned with leadership needs.
• Extracts, cleans, validates, and analyzes data from multiple sources for decision support.
