By analyzing trends,buildingandmaintaininguser-friendly dashboards, and standardizing reporting, this role ensures leaders and program teams have the information they need to enhance outcomes,allocateresources wisely, and continually strengthen care.
Working closely with programs, leadership, and IT, the position improves data quality and use, supports program reviews and strategic planning, and advances operational efficiency and impact - so that every insight helps RanchEhrlodeliver more effective, responsive, and accountable services to the people we serve.
Education & Professional CertificationThe successful candidateis responsible forcompleting all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines. The successful candidate must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higherdriverslicense and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.Hybrid work arrangements may be available, in alignment with organizational needs and policies.

Salary range: $79,851.20 to $103,209.59 annually(based on80 hoursper 2‑week pay period).Starting salary isdependenton experience.
