Job summary

South Essex Homes is seeking a Data Governance, Knowledge and Information Management Lead to drive data governance and information management across the organisation. Role Description

The Data Governance, Knowledge and Information Management Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Southend, Essex. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across South Essex Homes. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing data quality processes, managing data definitions and metadata, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. The role also involves coordinating data and information management initiatives, supporting knowledge sharing across teams, and enabling analytics-driven insight for operational and strategic decision making. The Lead will collaborate with IT, service managers, and senior leadership to align data practices with business objectives and drive a culture of responsible data use.

Qualifications
