Head of Talent Acquisition Department at TMC North America

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

• Elicit, analyze, generate Business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting documentation);
• Analyze data sets to determine data gaps and work with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap;
• Liaise with the development team to ensure the product is developed according to specifications;
• Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans;
• Create and manage the overall project plan at the project level; and escalate delays to the program lead.

| What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global organizations as a Business Analyst;
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, with experience in SQL and relational databases;
• Established technical knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience working in an international team setting;
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various IT and Business groups, regions, and roles;
• Self-motivated and creative thinker who will take ownership of assigned tasks;
• Problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions in challenging environments;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding, and team-oriented environment;
• Good customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully;
• Experience in trade lifecycles and asset classes, such as Equity, Fixed Income, Options, Futures;
• Understanding of Compliance surveillance platforms (Actimize, MANTAS, SunGard, SMARTS) and their models, including Wash trades, Marking the Open/Close, Spoofing, Insider Trading, etc.
