Job Description:

• 4+ years of data engineer experience
• Experience working in a product team environment to deliver major enterprise initiatives
• Technical Experience working with AWS architecture:
• EC2
• EMR
• Glue
• RDS
• S3
• Proficiency with the following technologies:
• Apache Airflow orchestration
• DBT Cloud
• Python
• Snowflake data warehousing
• SQL coding
• Experience working in Agile development cycles and using supporting tools like Jira, Confluence, Align or similar
• Preferred to have prior experience working on or interfacing with Salesforce.com solutions and development teams
• Preferred to have medical device, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience developing large scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
• ETL processes, designs database systems and develops tools for real-time analytic processing.
• Develop and maintain optimal data pipelines into the unified data platform, including design of data flows, procedures, and schedules. Ensures that optimal data pipelines are scalable, repeatable, and secure.
• Troubleshoot software and processes for data consistency and integrity.
• Integrate data from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality and accessibility standards.
• Document configuration, development, and testing activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.
