Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onsite coverage as a team in shifts and/or weekly on-call.
• Responding to high-severity events within SLAs.
• Participate in data center power and cooling events.
• Perform break-fix of servers and network devices.
• Troubleshoot network connections.
• Coordinate and build relationships with various data center teams.
• Interact with third-party vendors and contractors.
• Seek out ways to improve yourself and the processes and systems with which you work.
• Contribute to the development of other team members.
