Job description

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Data and Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day data operations and request management. This candidate will operate routine data workflows - including Excel-based tasks and running automated python scripts to curate and refresh datasets, monitor and respond to a shared team inbox, action incoming requests such as dashboard setup or data refreshes and perform other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will execute tasks within defined schedules, troubleshoot data issues, and support broader team initiatives such as documentation, process manual creation, and ad-hoc analysis.

Desired Skill Set:

• 3-5 years of experience with SQL, Python , GIT (version control) and the ability to perform guided queries
• Proficient in Excel MS Office
• Ability to document clearly and efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively - will be working with Data Governance Team
• Post Secondary Degree

Nice To Have:

• Previous experience with Pandas
• Banking/Financial Industry experience
