A leading company is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join their Procurement Analytics team. The role involves managing data workflows, executing tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data management practices. We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to join our Procurement Analytics team, responsible for supporting day-to-day data operations and request management. This role will operate routine data workflows - including Excel-based tasks and running automated python scripts to curate and refresh datasets, monitor and respond to a shared team inbox, action incoming requests such as dashboard setup or data refreshes and perform other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will execute tasks within defined schedules, troubleshoot data issues, and support broader team initiatives such as documentation, process manual creation, and ad-hoc analysis.
This role will also include the opportunity to support and collaborate with our data governance team, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to promote and implement effective data management practices. Additional responsibilities include supporting meeting minutes, and assisting the creation of presentation slides and training materials to aid in communication and knowledge sharing across team. Perform other duties as assigned. Overtime is not required for this role.
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years - Experience with SQL, Python , GIT (version control) and the ability to perform guided queries is essential, along with willingness to learn and support various facets of our data analytics function.
- Proficient in Excel MS Office
- Ability to document clearly and efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively - will be working with Data Governance Team
