Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a motivated intern for the Winter 2027 cycle to support the CRC Business Analyst in data-driven decision making. You will help develop operational dashboards, reports, KPIs, and contribute to process improvements that boost customer support performance and efficiency.

You will gain hands-on experience with BI tools, data analytics, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related field of study (Business, Analytics, IS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and executive reporting packages.
• Validate data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support Power BI dashboards and reports development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting needs.
