Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Data Analyst Co-op to contribute to the evolution of its Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system, Planview. You will organize, visualize, and automate project data assets, supporting AI-enabled solutions and future-state data assets.

The role offers a hybrid work model, with 1–3 days on-site and rest remote, and is based in Toronto. You will gain hands-on experience across data management, reporting, and analytics, collaborating with business partners to improve how

Qualifications

Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as SQL, APIs, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience with Planview or another enterprise project and portfolio management system is an asset.

Responsibilities

Data management and analytics: build and organize project data assets using SQL, APIs, Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI.
Artificial intelligence enablement: explore AI use cases and how data exchanges with Planview and AI tools.
Partner support: respond to requests and manage access/permissions; collaborate with stakeholders to improve the partner experience.
Adaptability and execution: manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment and help improve processes.
