Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Co-op/Intern for People Change Management – Advanced Analytics & AI in Toronto. You’ll support change management deliverables, communications, and stakeholder engagement while gaining hands-on experience in data-driven change initiatives.

The role offers hybrid work with 1–3 days onsite. You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and will collaborate across teams, develop learning materials, and measure adoption.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating communications, analyzing data, or coordinating events or projects is an asset.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Change Management Support: develop and maintain change management deliverables for AI initiatives, including stakeholder lists, readiness activities, and adoption trackers.
• Communications and Learning: create clear, engaging communications, presentations, job aids, and learning materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: coordinate meetings, workshops, and engagement activities with business partners and technical teams.
• Research, Insights, and Measurement: analyze feedback and adoption data to derive insights and improvements.
• Team Contribution: support priority activities and learn how change is delivered in a large organization.
