Job summary

TD Place in Ottawa is seeking a Data Analyst to maintain and enhance ticket sales reporting within the BI team. You will support cross-department analytics projects, including event forecasting and modeling, and handle ad-hoc data requests.

This full-time role offers on-site or hybrid work arrangements, a salary range of CAD 50,800 to CAD 60,900 with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in math, business data analysis, or related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis or data reporting roles.
• Expert Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with Ticketmaster reporting (Archtics/Host).
• Intermediate SQL; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Ticketmaster reporting needs and in-depth reporting for events and games.
• Build and maintain real-time ticket sales reporting for senior management.
• Deliver Event by Event analysis, product performance, sales and attendance forecasting.
• Handle analytics projects and ad-hoc data requests across departments.
• Improve reporting structures, visualization, and efficiency.
• Provide insights to support revenue and key stakeholder decisions.
• Develop data models to improve reporting and customer journeys.
• Advise on AI applications for reporting, analytics, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales & Service, and Marketing.
